Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in any of the Kallar Reclamation School in view of the TET Weightage Mark in the light of the Judgment of this Honble Court in W.A.(MD).No.1708 to 1710 of 2018 dated 24.01.2019.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent and punish him for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD).No.13190 of 2019 dated 12.06.2019.

2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent has passed an order on 23.08.2021 by rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

Cont.P.(MD).No.1859 of 2019 no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is open to him to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum.
