PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner 15.09.2021 and 01.08.2022 in view of the letter of the 1st respondent in letter No. Drafting cell - I / 28518 /2012 dated 28.02.2014 within time stipulated time fixed by this Court. This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 15.09.2021 and 01.08.2022 for payment of 40% of the admitted tax amount.

2.Today(08.11.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that now the issue has been settled through the Government Samathanam Scheme and seeks permission of this Court to 2/5

withdraw this writ petition. He has also circulated a letter dated 07.11.2023 to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
