ORDER

The petitioner seeks for withdrawal of the entire case diary in Crime No. 5/2024 dt. 30.03.2024 from the file of the 3rd respondent and hand over the same to the 2nd respondent and further direct the 2nd respondent to conduct proper investigation and file a final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in CC No.443 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. 02.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
