[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] The present miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 401 days in filing the above review application against the order in WP (MD).No.17386/2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 to 7.

3.Despite notice is served on the 1st respondent and the name of the 1st respondent is also printed in the cause list, there is no representation.

4.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition.

5.Since the reasons are to the satisfaction of this Court, the above petition is ordered and the delay of 401 days in filing the review application is hereby condoned.

6.Registry is directed to number the Review Application, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 23.11.2023 at 1.30 p.m.
