This petition has been filed to complete the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2018 and to file charge sheet within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2018 and also filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam and it is pending for taking cognizance.
