ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the proposal sent by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.416/2022/B1 dated 29.11.2022 and 12.10.2023 and pass orders based on the petitioner's representations dated 09.02.2022, 27.06.2022, 23.06.2023 and 08.08.2024.

2. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent that the proposals sent by the second respondent dated 29.11.2022 and 12.10.2023 would be considered and orders would be passed in accordance with law, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested parties/stake holders, as expeditiously as possible. The same was accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
