ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 9(B)(1)(a) of Indian Explosives Act 1/3

in Crime.No.81 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner is involved in preparation of crackers without license and considering the fact that the petitioner has got four previous cases in similar nature and considering the fact that there are two other criminal cases are also pending against him and that the earlier the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner having been dismissed, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
