ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Pudukottai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai to be tried along with the petition in H.M.O.P.No.1337 of 2022.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the respondent, though the name of the respondent is printed in the cause list. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Pudukottai to the Family Court, Madurai to be tried along with the petition in H.M.O.P.No.1337 of 2022. The Family Court, Pudukottai is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Madurai forthwith. The Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2022 along with the petition in H.M.O.P.No.1337 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
