ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants to sell the petition mentioned land in favour of a third party. The petitioner requires no objection certificate from Indian Oil Corporation. The petitioner has given a representation dated 22.09.2023.

3.The learned standing counsel for the respondent submits that the Executive Director, Chennai has to take a call in the matter. The said authority is called upon to dispose of the petitioner's petition mentioned representation and communicate his decision to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The issue is left to the discretion of the concerned authority. 2/4
