ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents herein to forthwith stop the pension being paid to the 6th respondent and also recover the amount already paid to him as pension and terminal benefits with interest and also take action against the concerned officials who falsely recommended and sanctioned pension and other terminal benefits to the 6th respondent, as per petitioner representation dated 22.06.2023.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 circulated the proceedings of the Joint Director Collegiate Education dated 23.02.2024, in which the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2023 has been considered eloborately and thereafter, the same has been rejected. The said submission is recorded. 3/6
3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order dated 23.02.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent. No costs.
