O RDER This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order, dated 05.12.2023, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21846 of 2023.

2.By the order dated 05.12.2023, this Court directed to reopen the investigation in Crime No.269 of 2022 and complete the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the above said order was not complied, this petition has been filed. 3.Today the present Inspector of Police is present before this court in person. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that they have sent a request to the Department of Transport seeking some documents. It is not received so far and seeks one month time to complete the investigation. 4.In view of the undertaking made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of one month from today. Let the petitioner 2/5
