This Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.345 of 2022 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the investigation on the complaint made by the Petitioner in Crime No.345 of 2022 has been completed and the charge sheet is also made ready. The Investigation Officer undertakes to file the final report before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The Investigation Officer is directed to file the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as undertaken by him/her.
