ORDER

This Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 1/4

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that an FIR in Crime No.169 of 2022 had been registered by the second Respondent. The suspecting role of the Petitioners herein, the second Respondent had issued summons. On receipt of the same, the Petitioners had approached this Court. 3.In view of the above submission, the Petitioners are directed to co-operate with the pending investigation. The second Respondent is directed not to harass the Petitioners and also to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
