The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.06.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.187 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks interim bail for the petitioner on the ground that the marriage of the petitioner's son is being arranged and the same is disputed by the respondent police.

4. After the matter was passed over, the learned counsel for the petitioner has only produced the engagement photo. In the absence of any other material, the request of the petitioner cannot even be considered. `5.
