Crl.A(MD).No.931 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH.J., AND K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN.J., When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the appellant was present from the Central Prison, Trichy, through Video Conferencing mode and he stated that Legal Aid Counsel, already appointed by this Court can represent him in this Criminal Appeal. The said statement is recorded.

2. This Court is fixed Rs.15,000/- towards the remuneration to the Legal Aid Counsel for the appellant.
