When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 Police submits that the respondent Nos.1 to 3 Police will not interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.4 to 6, however, if any complaint is filed by the petitioners, the same will be enquired into in the manner known to law.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
