ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 118(2), 353(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibiton of Harassment of Womens Act, in Crime No.708 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

Considering the nature of allegation in this case that on account of domestic quarrel, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the defacto complainant with iron rod on the head and considering the nature of injuries which is suffered by the defacto complainant on the head, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
