ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is directed against the summon dated 14.10.2024 issued by the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is pending in current paper and in the meanwhile, the third respondent has sent a letter stating that the matter was settled between them and in order to confirm the same, the impugned summon came to be issued to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision with regard to the closure of the complaint within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
