This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the Petitioner and his family members.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.628 of 2017 and investigation is pending before the second respondent police. 5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
