This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 03.12.2021 made in Case No.3 of 2021, on the file of the second respondent and dispose the same within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that already an order has been passed on 18.11.2022 and the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
