Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 1162/ 2023 :

To call for the records of the impugned order dt 14.08.2023 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Madurai made in M.C.No.6/2022 and set aside the same and by allowing the revision petition. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GEORGE PAUL ANTO L, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the criminal revision case, the court made the following order:- 1/3

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has regularly paying the monthly maintenance amount to the respondent as ordered by the trial Court till date without any arrears.

2. There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner should pay monthly maintenance as ordered by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Madurai, to the respondent without fail till the disposal of the Criminal Revision Case.
