To call for the records pertaining to the order dated 06.02.2018 made in M.C.No.7 of 2017 on the file of the Hon'ble Family Court, Sivagagnai and set aside same by allowing the above Revision Petition.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.HAJA MOHIDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to permit the petitioner to conduct the above Criminal Revision Petition No.403 of 2019 before the Mediation Centre, Madras High Court, Madurai Bench, for amicable settlement till pending disposal of the above petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.11498 of 2019 3.Since the petitioner was absent before the Mediation Centre, there is no merits in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11498 of 2019 and hence, this petition is dismissed.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready for arguments in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.403 of 2019.
