This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final order in Original Application in O.A.No.18 of 2022 filed under Section 63(e) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, pending before the 1st Respondent in accordance with law.

2. Mr.N.Ramesh Arumugam, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st Respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the 1st Respondent submitted that the 1st Respondent would dispose of O.A.No.18 of 2022 within a period of six months.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st Respondent to dispose of O.A.No.18 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after granting adequate opportunity to all parties concerned in accordance with law.
