Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take immediate action to remove all the encroachments made by the 6th respondent namely, A.Kalaiselvan or anybody else who encroached the Corner Public Street bearing Old Survey No.1406/2 and its New Survey No.2072 situated at Madah Kovil Street, Panagudi, Tirunelveli District and also remove his encroachment through the Revenue Authorities or through any Government Machineries and further ensure that there should not be any encroachment in the said Corner Public pathway by any persons including the said A.Kalaichevan within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
