This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.2 to conduct a preliminary enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.07.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there was an earlier complaint given on the same set of facts by the mother-in-law and the same was enquired and the parties were directed to approach the concerned Authorities to work out their remedies in the manner known to law. 3.Recording the above, this Writ Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
