ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.41 of 2022 on the file 1/4

of the 2nd respondent to the CBCID or any other independent competent agency forthwith.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that investigation has already been completed and the final report was filed in C.C.No.178 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that proper penal provision has not been included in the final report.

4. Since the final report has already been filed cognizance was taken, transferring the investigation may not arise. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report he may work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
