ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SIVA THILAKAR, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 243 days in re-presenting the above review application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned on condition that the petitioner pays costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Women Lawyers Association, Madras High Court, Chennai - 600 104, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this petition will stand dismissed without any reference to this Court.
