This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a declaration that the subject property has to be released from land acquisition under Section 38 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the property disclosed in the writ petition was never the subject matter of any land acquisition.
