To call for the records of the impugned judgment dated 14.03.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Fast Track court, Nagercoil in C.A.No.13 of 2013 confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) No.1, Nagercoil in C.C.No.31 of 2012 dated 31.08.2012 and set aside the same by allowing the Criminal Revision Petition. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.LAKSHMIKANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of the Respondent not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 160 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.RC.(MD)SR No.36115 of 2019 before this Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.10810 of 2019 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), with in a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
