ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned refusal check slip issued by the respondent vide Refusal Number: RFL/Mudhukulathur/54/2022, dated 15.11.2022 and consequently, to direct the above respondent to register the 1/4

petitioner's sale deed submitted before the respondent office, dated 15.11.2022.

2. Through the impugned order, the respondent has stated that the land in question is assignment land and the respondent has taken steps to ascertain certain facts, especially assignment conditions. Further, the respondent has stated that the patta has to be ascertained. Since the respondent has taken steps to ascertain certain facts through the impugned order, the same cannot be quashed. 3.Therefore, the respondent is directed to verify the same with the revenue officials and process the sale deed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
