ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to expedite the trial and include the petitioner's name in the victims / depositors/ witnesses in Crime No.3 of 2023 on the file of respondent police based on their complaint dated 11.03.2024, 15.03.2024, 20.03.2024, 22.03.2024, 26.03.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioners 1 to 6 were already recorded as victims 1790, 1878, 1951, 1026, 1817 and 1946 respectively and statement came to be recorded under Section 161(3) Cr.P.C. and that they have not received any representation from the seventh petitioner so far. 2/4

3. Recording the same, the seventh petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to take statement from the seventh petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
