O RDER This Criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime 864 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.864 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC r/w 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002. Setting out various reasons, seeking quashment of the above said FIR, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report was filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Ramanathapuram on 10.10.2023. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.

4.In view of the above said submission, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the contents of the final report, if so aggrieved. 2/4

5.With the above said liberty, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
