Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner as appointed as a Forest Watcher on 24.01.1995 on par with other juniors and pay all other benefits within the stipulated period. ORDER

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that as against the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD).No.6644 of 2016 dated 14.03.2019, W.A.(MD).No.1179 of 2020 has been filed before this Court and in the said writ appeal, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay on 22.12.2020 and he also produced a copy of the said order. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. W.P.(MD).No.17720 of 2014 dated 13.12.2018.
