ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.175/2024 from the 3rd Respondent to some other investigation agency by considering the petitioner's representation dt. 13.09.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'further action dropped' and RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner through post.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a protest petition in accordance with law.
