When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner comes from an economically well to do background and that therefore, his request cannot be complied with. If that be so, the second respondent will formally intimate the writ petitioner about his stand. This shall be done by the second respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so that the petitioner can question the same in the manner known to law. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
