The present Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 116 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement cause to the death of Romance, the first respondent in the above petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that no proper explanation was given by the revision petitioner for condonation of delay in 116 days.
4. The learned Government Pleader appears for the revision petitioner submits that the delay was properly explained and file has been circulated to the various authorities for getting approval regarding filing of the revision.
5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 116 days.
6. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
