ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction directing the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 262 of 2015 dated 18.10.2015 for the offence under Sections 279 & 337 of IPC within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the first respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report and RCS notice also served to the parties.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that RCS notice is not served to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the respondent police is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner and the petitioner is entitled to proceed in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
