ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.24 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had entered into an agreement with the petitioner's husband for purchasing the second hand C.T.Scan machine. Thereafter, the petitioner and her husband cheated the defacto complainant and also did not return the balance amount.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.The learned counsel for the intervenor would submit that eventhough A1 was arrested and in even custodial interrogation was undertaken, no property has been attached and the petitioner was not traced out. A copy of this order shall be placed before the superior authorities and the investigating officer is directed to proceed with the investigation strictly.
