ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated ,02.12.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Sub Judge, Madurai vide the letter in D.No.2523 dated 24.08.2023,this Court made the following order: 1/3
By an order dated 01.12.2022, this Court disposed of the above Civil Revision Petition with direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, to dispose the suit, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2.Now, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, has sent a letter dated 24.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.2523/2023 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension of time to dispose of the suit. In the said letter, the learned Judge has given reasons for non-disposal of the suit. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, in the above letter, the time for disposing the suit, is extended by another three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
