This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct thethird and fourth respondents herein and their subordinates who are acting under them not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry without following due process of law 1/3
and to take action against them on the basis of the petitioner's representation made before 1st respondent herein by RPAD dated 14.11.2019.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondents have not harassed the petitioner. The respondents 1 and 2 have only intimated the petitioner to appear before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanabhapuram, to execute the bond under Section 110 Cr.P.C., and than they have not harassed the petitioner. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that if it is so, the petitioner is willing to appear before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanabhapuram at 16.12.2019 at 10.00 a.m and would seek that the respondents shall not disturb him in the guise of serving summons. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 will appear before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanabhapuram at 16.12.2019 at 10.00 a.m along with requisite files.
