The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 533 of 2019 and also filed final report before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli (PCR Court) and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.S.C.No. 187 of 2019.
