ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners earlier have filed an application in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 16080 of 2022 and this Court, recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that CSR.No.291 of 2022 was registered on the basis of the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant and that since civil suit is pending between the petitioners and the fourth respondent, they have directed the parties to approach the civil Court, has closed the petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that after enquiry, CSR.No.291 of 2022 was closed on 28.11.2022.
