For Intervenor : Mr.S.Muthu Malairaja, COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to give appropriate direction to the third respondent to give adequate police protection while clean the property within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Since the petitioner and the issues involved in the both petitions are one and the same, these petitions are taken up for common disposal. 2/4

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.M.Muthumalai Raja learned counsel appearing for the intervenor would submit that one Emi has been in possession and enjoyment of the property. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the said Emi, CSR.No.596 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well the said Emi and the respondent shown in the petitioner's compliant and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
