This Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.345 of 2022 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the investigation on the complaint made by the Petitioner is in progress and the same will be completed within a period of one month.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the Investigation Officer to complete the process of the enquiry on the complaint of the Petitioner and file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as undertaken by him/her.
