This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from transferring/disengaging/engaging the petitioner to any other branch by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2024. 2.Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned Counsel, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that the representation submitted by the petitioner has not yet been considered. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.Considering the above submission, this Court without going into the merits of the matter directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
