This Petition had been filed to direct the Second Respondent to file a final report in Crime No.243 of 2021 pending on the file of the second 1/4

Respondent within a time period stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case was registered in Crime No.243 of 2021 against the Petitioner for the offence under Section 304(A) of IPC and the Investigation Officer is awaiting for Post-mortem Report and Motor Vehicle Report. On receipt of the same, investigation will be completed within a period of one month.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
