This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to disburse the bill amount to the tune of Rs.83,81,797/- (Eighty three lakhs Eighty one Thousand seven hundred and ninety seven only) with applicable interest by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.08.2024 within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the amount has been disbursed to the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
