ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners by interfering in the civil dispute in the name of survey based on the complaint of the petitioners, dated 16.10.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the second petitioner is the brother of the third respondent, that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioners as well as the third respondent, 3 CSRs came to be registered and that since there existed property dispute between the parties, they have decided to close the complaints.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
