The learned Counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner submitted that against the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.5650 of 2024 dated 25.04.2024, a writ appeal in W.A.(MD).No.2481 of 2024 has been filed. The Honourable Division Bench has granted interim order in the said writ appeal on 05.12.2024.
