ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for the limited relief.

2. Heard Mr.S.Muniyandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of her statutory revision pending on the file of the first respondent. The said revision is said to have been filed on 09.08.2024 by the petitioner. 2/4

5. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's statutory revision dated 09.08.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties.

6. In the result, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's statutory revision dated 09.08.2024 as disclosed in this writ petition, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
